Using this website

This website explains what 033 Digital does and lets you contact us. By using it, you agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volumes, or submit false or malicious information through our forms.

Services and scope

Specific services — such as Google Business Profile optimisation, website work, WhatsApp automation, content support or AI-assisted workflows — are agreed individually with each client in writing before work begins. This website describes what we offer; it is not itself a contract.

No guaranteed outcomes

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside anyone's control — competition, market conditions, and platforms like Google and Meta that change their rules and algorithms. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, review counts, booking numbers or revenue figures, and you should treat anyone who does with caution.

What we commit to is the work: building the system properly, implementing it carefully, measuring honestly and improving it continuously.

AI-assisted content

Some content and workflows we deliver are produced with AI assistance and reviewed by a human before use. AI-assisted material is checked for accuracy and tone, but final responsibility for publishing content about your business rests with the business owner.

WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Where we set up automation or communication flows on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp), those platforms' own terms apply. Platform features, pricing and policies can change; we'll always tell you if a change materially affects work we've built for you.

Content you share with us

When you share photos, videos or customer material (including user-generated content) for use in marketing, you confirm you have the right to use it. Where UGC features your customers, appropriate consent and disclosure remain your responsibility as the business owner, and we'll flag this where relevant.

Liability

We work carefully and in good faith, but to the extent permitted by law, 033 Digital is not liable for indirect losses — such as lost profits — arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here.
